Your remote guide to managing food and exercise

We recognize that not everyone has the time and resources to commit to exercising at a fixed time every day, and that eating well can be challenging without feedback and analysis. To address these twin problems, we’ve developed a program through which we advise you on your food intake and exercise by prescribing meal plans and exercise regimes based on your lifestyle, goals, abilities and resources. It is a remote model in which we do a formal appraisal once a month, and you can give and receive feedback as often or as little as you like via Whatsapp/text or e-mail.

How it works

Step 1: When you sign up for this service, we will send you a survey on your lifestyle, diet and preferences. We may ask you follow up questions.

Step 2: Based on your survey response, we will schedule a call with you (which can take up to 30 min) to discuss your needs and possible changes to your eating and exercise habits.

Step 3: Once we have developed your plan, based on your survey and our discussion, we will schedule a call with you (45 min – 1 hour) to orient you to your new exercise and diet plan. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions and make changes that are necessary.

Step 4: We will be in constant touch with you to provide advice, troubleshooting and motivation. We will schedule a formal evaluation at the end of your month to monitor your progress and make any changes that are necessary.

Step 5: Email or send us your food logs at the end of the day (we will give you a google doc format in which you can fill this in easily

What you get

  • A personalized nutrition + exercise plan for one month based on your lifestyle, needs, goals and preferences

  • A one-time introductory phone or video call, an orientation call (also on phone or video) and an evaluation/appraisal at the end of the month

  • Unlimited communication on text/Whatsapp or email on all days except Sundays and holidays

  • Advice on what to eat, how to evaluate different foods and recipe ideas

  • You may also sign up for JUST the nutrition plan or the exercise plan for a lower fee (see below)

Remember: staying healthy and doing what’s right for you and your body is a highly individual process. One size does NOT fit all, and everybody’s response to new ways of exercising and eating are different. You may need more than a month to start seeing changes, but developing the discipline to stay consistent with the right food and exercise is just as much part of the process as the results that you are looking for.

Pricing and Payment

  • Personalized nutrition + exercise plan

    • One month: INR 6,000 + 18% GST

    • Two months: INR 10,000 + 18% GST

  • Either nutrition OR exercise plan

    • One month: INR 4,500 + 18% GST

    • Two months: INR 7,000 + 18% GST

  • The introductory phone call, once you have filled out the survey, will not be charged

  • All payments are to be made in advance of receiving the exercise/nutrition plan
